How can I make my computer network work faster ? Your network is as fast as the slowest network device. Make sure you have all network devices Fast Ethernet 1Gbit/s. We can do survey of your existing network infrastructure and recommend possible changes or upgrades.

Printer doesn’t work ? If it’s a local printer (connected straight to your computer using USB cable), check if all necessary cables are connected, one from computer to printer and one to power point. Why I can’t access my data on external HDD ? Make sure HDD is properly connected to your computer. If it doesn’t appear in your computer, try different USB cable. If the HDD need external power supply, check the power light is on. Still no luck ? Well, we might need to check what’s wrong with it and try our best to recover all data if needed.
