Printer doesn’t work ? If it’s a local printer (connected straight to your computer using USB cable), check if all necessary cables are connected, one from computer to printer and one to power point. If it’s a network printer ( connected to your network using data cable or WiFi ), let us know, we will get that sorted for you as this is not a straight forward troubleshooting.

Printer doesn’t print in BW/colour ? Most likely you’ve run out of INK or you are low on TONER. If you have spare printer supplies, replace empty cartridges. If you are not sure which one to buy and how to replace them, we can assist you with buying and replacing them.

Scanner doesn’t work ? This isn’t an easy task to troubleshoot so please let us know and we will fix it for you.

Why I can’t connect to our sever ? Check your computer if it’s connected to your network and you are logged in with the right user. Also check that the server is on and all important services are running to offer other computers shared folders to connect to. If you are lost in all the foreign language, let us administer your server and client computers so you can focus on what you do best.

Is my office data secure on our server ?  That depends on many factors. Is the Operation System “OS” (Windows, OSX, Linux) up to date, is it protected with a firewall from Internet attacks, does it have Power surge protection or Uninterruptible power supply, is the Data storage (HDD) backed up internally or externally ? We can asses the situation and recommend all necessary steps to secure your data.

Why I can’t access my data on external HDD ? Make sure HDD is properly connected to your computer. If it doesn’t appear in your computer, try different USB cable. If the HDD need external power supply, check the power light is on. Still no luck ? Well, we might need to check what’s wrong with it and try our best to recover all data if needed.

Did you buy NAS for your Office data or as a Backup storage for your PC/Mac or Android/iOS devices and you are not sure if it’s setup securely that nobody can steal any data? Is my equipment and data safe when there is a storm outside ? A lighting strike can do a lot of damage to any electronic device. To protect your equipment, we recommend to install a Power Surge Protector ( PSP ) or Uninterruptible Power Supply ( UPS ). Power surge protector will protect your equipment from power “SPIKES”, which is sudden high voltage peak in your power point (caused by lighting strike) which can “burn” or “fried” any electronic device like TV, Computer, Printer etc.. UPS offers surge protection as well as backup power for your equipment in case of power outage. Let us check all your equipment and calculate which solution will fit your install.

Would you like to see what is going on while you are away ? To extend your office security, we can install and setup standalone Network IP cameras with recording to SD card and access to the recordings using mobile app from anywhere.
